How do I sign in as a returning customer? All you need to sign in is the same Name and Email that you used previously while shopping at InterNUTRITION.com however it will need to match exactly. If you have problems you can always to just register again or contact us by email and we can tell you what name and email you used.

How much will the shipping cost? To see how much an order will cost simple add the items to your basket and go through the checkout process.
The last page of the order process shows how much the shipping will be and what the total cost of the order will be. This allows you to check shipping costs
without completing the order. An order is only completed when you add the credit card information and press the Purchase button.

How long will it take to receive my order? Every order that weighs less than 2 lbs is automatically shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Most orders that weigh over 2 lbs are also shipped with USPS Priority Mail, however, depending upon the destination some packages that weigh over 2 lbs may go parcel post. The average delivery time for Priority Mail is 2-3 days however there is no guarantee. The 2-3 day delivery time also refers to working days so if you order on Monday before 5:00 PM EST your order will be shipped that day and it should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. If you order on Friday after 5:00 PM your order will not be shipped until Monday because the Post Office is closed on Weekends. The Post Office is also closed on all Federal holidays. One of the biggest sources of delays is when we receive invalid addresses on orders. Please include you Apt # or Suite # if applicable and if you are unsure of your exact delivery address then please call you local Post Office and they will tell you.

Do you ship Internationally? We will ship anywhere the USPS will take the package. To see how much it will cost and our policies regarding international orders visit International Orders.

How Large is the box in which you will ship my order? The smallest size box that we use is a # 4 Priority Mail box which measures 7" x 7" x 6". If your mailbox is not large enough to hold a box of this size then please call your local Post Office and make arrangements to pick up the package or have it left somewhere else.

I received an email stating that my package had been delivered by the US Post Office but I have not received the package. What do I do now? ? If you receive and email stating that your package has been delivered then the package we shipped to you has been delivered somewhere by the USPS. The first place to check is in your own household to make sure no one else received the package and forgot to give it to you. If that fails to produce the package please call your local Post Office or talk to your own Mail Carrier. Give them the tracking number that you received in the email. If your Mail Carrier made a mistake and delivered the package to the wrong address they can usually retrieve the package. If after contacting your local Post Office and Mail Carrier you still have not found the package then please let us know and we will make further attempts to locate your order and in some instances even replace the order if it becomes clear that the package has been lost.

Can you send me a product catalog? Our on-line store is the ultimate catalog but if you must have a paper catalog press the Print Catalog button to print a list of all the products and their prices.

How come you do not take orders by telephone? I would like to order but I do not want to use my credit card online. Taking orders by telephone is just too inefficient. It would take 100 employees to replace 1 computer and that added cost would have to be passed on in higher prices on merchandise. Since it is our goal to have the lowest prices in the World it is just not feasible to take orders by telephone. We understand that some people do not want to use their credit card online so we do accept several alternative forms of payment however the order still needs to be placed online. See below for instructions on paying for orders by check, money order or paypal or for instructions on how to fax in credit card information.

I do not want to use my Credit Card on the Internet. Can I still Order? Yes, you can still order. Complete the checkout process and on the last page it tells you how to fax in your payment information. The process is not as reliable so if you do not receive confirmation that your order was shipped within two days we did not receive your fax.

Can I pay with a check? Yes but you still need to complete the order OnLine. Proceed as if you were going to pay with a credit card and on the final purchase summary page you will see PAYMENT ALTERNATIVES. Follow the directions for completing the order and then press the ALT PAYMENT button and you will be taken to the Purchase Confirmation page where you will see your Order Number.
